What you'll do

You will oversee day-to-day benefits administration, ensuring a smooth process for enrollment, terminations, leaves of absence, and invoicing. Collaborating with the Benefits & Wellness team, you will contribute to the development of a people-first benefits strategy that aligns with the company's mission. You will also ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
