Figma is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to help manage customer accounts and close inbound sales requests. You'll work closely with various teams and require fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
You are an adaptable and eager individual ready to contribute to the evolving strategy of Figma's sales function. With a strong foundation in sales processes, you are excited to help existing customers scale and manage requests effectively. Your fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English allows you to communicate seamlessly with customers across Latin America. You thrive in a collaborative environment, partnering with Support, Order Management, and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction and success.
Experience in sales or customer support roles is a plus, as is familiarity with Figma's platform and design tools. You are passionate about making design accessible and understand the importance of building personal connections with customers.
As an Inside Sales Representative at Figma, you will play a crucial role in managing existing customer accounts and closing inbound sales requests. You will communicate with customers through email, Zoom, and other platforms, providing them with information about Figma's offerings and pricing. Your responsibilities will include qualifying and routing inbound prospects to the appropriate Account Executive, ensuring that customer needs are met efficiently. You will also gain valuable experience in sales processes and product knowledge, which will support your career development in sales.
