You have a strong background in customer service and relationship management, ideally with experience in onboarding or account management. You excel at building long-lasting relationships with clients and understand the importance of providing a seamless onboarding experience. You are proactive in anticipating issues and strategizing solutions to ensure merchant success. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and serve as a single point of contact for merchants. You are detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality service, ensuring that all onboarding activities are executed flawlessly. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to shape support as a differentiator in the marketplace.
Experience in the food delivery or e-commerce industry is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and onboarding processes will help you excel in this role. A background in project management or operations can also be beneficial as you will be managing a book of business and coordinating with various stakeholders.
As a Premium Onboarding Partner, you will be responsible for providing a best-in-class onboarding experience for DoorDash's highest value merchants. You will work directly with merchants daily, ensuring that their onboarding activities are executed smoothly and efficiently. Your role will involve building strong relationships with merchants, understanding their unique needs, and addressing any concerns they may have during the onboarding process. You will collaborate closely with Account Owners and other cross-functional partners to strategize on solutions and recommend specific actions to enhance the onboarding experience. You will leverage your proactive approach to anticipate potential issues and work towards defect-free onboarding. Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping the support experience at DoorDash, setting a high standard for service quality in the marketplace.
