Hudl is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive engagement and secure renewal commitments within the Elite American Football Sales Group. You'll partner with an Account Executive to maintain and grow your territory, ensuring deep product engagement with customers.
You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within the sports technology or software industry. You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at driving customer engagement and satisfaction. You are a proactive communicator, able to address customer needs and concerns effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. You are passionate about sports, particularly American football, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this field. You are results-oriented, always looking for ways to improve customer retention and satisfaction.
Experience in the sports industry or with sports technology products is a plus. Familiarity with CRM tools and customer engagement strategies will help you excel in this role. A background in sales or account management can also be beneficial as you work closely with the sales team to drive growth.
