You have a strong background in talent acquisition, ideally with 5+ years of experience in recruiting for various roles, particularly in growth, corporate, and operations sectors. You are fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish, and proficiency in additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese is a significant advantage. You understand the importance of diversity in hiring and are committed to creating an inclusive environment where all candidates feel valued. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to engage effectively with hiring managers and candidates alike. What you'll do

As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Qonto, your primary mission will be to identify, attract, and hire the best profiles for our Growth, Corporate, and Operations teams across France, Spain, Italy, and Germany. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that align with our company values. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers. Your role will also involve building and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent. You will analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve our hiring processes and ensure we are meeting our diversity and inclusion goals. You will participate in recruitment events and initiatives to promote Qonto as an employer of choice in the finance workspace.
