Faculty is seeking a Learning and Development Co-ordinator to enhance the onboarding experience for new employees. You'll manage the Learning Experience Platform and support growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone passionate about fostering a positive workplace culture.

You are a proactive individual with a keen interest in learning and development, eager to create a first-class onboarding experience for new joiners. You understand the importance of embedding company culture and standards from day one, ensuring that every new employee feels welcomed and valued. Your organizational skills allow you to manage multiple initiatives effectively, bridging operational excellence with transformative learning experiences. You are comfortable using AI-driven tools to streamline processes and enhance the learning journey for employees. You are open to feedback and continuously seek ways to improve the onboarding process, ensuring it meets the needs of both the organization and its employees.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role or a background in human resources or talent development would be beneficial. Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms, particularly Sana, would be an advantage. You are adaptable and willing to learn new technologies that can enhance the learning experience. A passion for AI and its applications in the workplace will help you thrive in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Learning Experience Platform, ensuring it is utilized effectively to deliver engaging and impactful training programs. You will coordinate organization-wide growth initiatives, working closely with various teams to identify learning needs and develop appropriate solutions. You will play a key role in designing and implementing onboarding programs that reflect Faculty's culture and values, ensuring new employees have the resources and support they need to succeed. You will also gather feedback from new joiners to continuously improve the onboarding experience, making adjustments based on their insights and suggestions. Collaboration with the Talent Development team will be essential as you work together to create a cohesive learning strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
