Your ability to navigate complex legal landscapes while supporting innovative product development is a key strength. You thrive in environments that require a balance between legal compliance and business agility, ensuring that teams can move quickly while adhering to necessary regulations. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey legal concepts in an accessible manner. What you'll do

In this role, you will play a critical part in embedding legal compliance into Playlist’s product lifecycle. You will advise on a suite of B2B and B2C products, ensuring that all offerings meet legal standards while fostering innovation. Your primary focus will be on consumer protection laws, but you will also provide guidance on AI regulation, privacy, and data protection, as well as marketing laws and requirements. You will work closely with product teams to identify potential legal risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Your role will involve reviewing product features and marketing materials to ensure compliance, as well as conducting training sessions for team members on relevant legal topics. You will also stay updated on changes in legislation that may impact the business and advise on necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
