Reducto is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to define and scale their field marketing and events program. You'll collaborate with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing to create impactful marketing strategies. This role requires strategic thinking and creativity.

Who you are

You are a strategic and creative marketing professional with a proven track record in field marketing and event management. You have experience in defining and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and pipeline impact. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals. You possess strong communication skills and can design memorable experiences for enterprise audiences. You are data-driven and understand how to measure the success of marketing initiatives. You are adaptable and can pivot strategies based on market feedback and business needs.

Desirable

Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms will enhance your ability to drive results. A background in sales or product marketing can provide valuable insights into customer needs and market dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will define and execute the strategy for Reducto’s events and field marketing initiatives. You will lead the planning and execution of owned events, sponsored activations, and strategic partner collaborations. Your responsibilities will include designing creative marketing experiences that resonate with enterprise and executive audiences. You will partner closely with Growth, Sales, and Product Marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive real pipeline impact. You will analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events, using data to inform future strategies. You will also manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI on marketing activities. As Reducto grows, you will play a key role in shaping the company’s go-to-market motion and brand presence in the market.
