We are seeking a driven, technically fluent Senior Product Manager to join our Integration Platform Team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building robust, developer-friendly platforms that connect APIs, products, and third-party services—with a strong emphasis on pioneering AI-driven integrations to automate workflows, enhance data intelligence, and unlock predictive capabilities across our ecosystem. You will help shape the infrastructure and tools powering integrations, all while championing innovation, reliability, and scalability.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the roadmap for key initiatives including development of core platform modules, design and build of core developer platform capabilities (robust APIs, SDKs, developer portals, sandbox environments, webhooks, rate limiting, and analytics), enhancing data transparency and quality via AI insights, platform logging and monitoring, and analytics—while preparing the platform for AI-driven integration.
- Drive AI-powered integration innovations: Define and roadmap AI capabilities such as intelligent data mapping, automated error resolution, predictive analytics for integration health, natural language workflow builders, and ML-based connector optimization—preparing the platform for autonomous, scalable AI orchestration while ensuring reliability and governance.
- Develop extensible UI frameworks: Create configurable form libraries and dynamic custom field frameworks that allow developers and admins to design, manage, and render complex data entry forms and extend core entities—driven by metadata and supporting validation, role-based access, localization, and integration with APIs and front-end tooling.
- Lead the transition of legacy integrations to the new Integration Platform, reducing operational costs and consolidating control within the Integrations Team.
- Create comprehensive documentation and high-value partner content to streamline onboarding and ongoing support for all integrations.
- Extract, analyze, and present actionable insights from the integration platform, guiding both product and technical improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Partner, and Operations teams to identify integration pain points, define solutions, and measure real business and technical impact.
- Ensure a seamless developer experience, making the platform robust, intuitive, and enjoyable to build on.
Core Skills and Qualifications
Technical Platform Expertise
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on Product Management experience with at least 2 years on developer platform, API, or developer-oriented products.
- Deep understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations, with knowledge of RESTful principles, authentication/authorization, protocols (HTTP/HTTPS), data formats (JSON, XML), eventing, rate limiting, and security best practices.
- Understanding of system architecture concepts, including microservices, service-oriented architecture, cloud infrastructure, scalable integration solutions, and developer platform primitives (portals, sandboxes, app management).
AI and Developer Tools
- AI and ML familiarity for integrations: Experience or strong interest in applying AI/ML to platforms (e.g., LLMs for config generation, anomaly detection in logs)—leveraging tools like APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, or cloud AI services to supercharge developer productivity and business outcomes.
- Technical fluency—ideally with a background as a developer or significant exposure to developer tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, API Gateways, SDKs). Coding is not required, but strong technical literacy is essential.
Frontend and UI Expertise
- Familiarity with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js used to build customizable developer portals, UI frameworks for forms/custom fields, and UI components. Understanding component-based architecture is highly beneficial for collaborating with frontend engineering teams.
- Experience with or knowledge of design systems, reusable UI components, style guides, and accessibility standards to help ensure consistency and usability in developer-facing user interfaces.
Business and Strategic Skills
- Strong business sense and strategic mindset—capable of articulating product vision, defining measurable outcomes, and aligning roadmaps to business value.
- Analytical and data-driven, with comfort in leveraging dashboards, metrics, and usage insights for product decision-making and continuous improvement.
Leadership and Execution
- Proven cross-functional leadership: Align diverse stakeholders, negotiate trade-offs, manage change (API versioning, adoption), and drive Agile (Scrum/Kanban) execution with clear communication/documentation.
- Security-minded with strong project management to ensure platform reliability, scalability, and long-term success.
