OpenGov is seeking a Manager of Product Enablement to ensure the GTM organization is equipped to understand and sell the product effectively. This role involves creating enablement content and overseeing the GTM readiness process. Experience in product marketing and sales enablement is essential.
You have a strong background in product enablement and a deep understanding of go-to-market strategies. With at least 5 years of experience in product management or marketing, you excel at bridging the gap between technical product features and sales strategies. You are skilled in creating engaging and informative content that drives product adoption and confidence among sales teams. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and sales, ensures that everyone is aligned and informed about product updates and features. You are proactive in identifying gaps in knowledge and developing training materials that address these needs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
In this role, you will lead the product enablement strategy for OpenGov, ensuring that the go-to-market organization is fully equipped to understand and sell the product effectively. You will create and manage launch deliverables, including hands-on, interactive enablement content that drives adoption across all OpenGov products. You will oversee the Technical Project Manager and ensure that the GTM readiness process is executed smoothly. Your responsibilities will include developing training programs, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing support to sales teams. You will work closely with product marketing to ensure that messaging and positioning are aligned with product features and benefits. Additionally, you will analyze the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
