You'll collaborate across Legal, IT, and business units to mitigate risks and maintain compliance. This role requires extensive experience in data governance and compliance frameworks.
You have a strong background in data governance and compliance monitoring, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise includes designing frameworks that ensure compliance with global regulatory standards, and you have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, including Legal and IT. You are detail-oriented and possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate compliance requirements clearly to various stakeholders.
Experience in e-commerce or technology sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with data privacy regulations such as GDPR or CCPA. You are proactive in staying updated on regulatory changes and best practices in data governance. A certification in compliance or data protection would be advantageous, showcasing your commitment to the field.
