Overview

Qualified is seeking a Qualified Success Architect to lead the implementation and adoption of their Conversational Marketing Platform for B2B companies. You'll work closely with clients to enhance their sales and marketing processes. This role requires strong consultative skills and a background in customer success.

You have a strong background in customer success, ideally with experience in implementing technology solutions for clients. You excel at building consultative relationships with various business units and understand the importance of aligning technical architecture with business objectives. Your ability to coach and educate stakeholders about new technologies is a key strength, and you are passionate about helping clients improve their adoption of innovative solutions.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with talented teams to deliver exceptional results. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to interface effectively with enterprise architects and document technical requirements clearly. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process.

Desirable

Experience in B2B marketing technology or conversational marketing is a plus. Familiarity with data models and technical architecture will help you succeed in this role. A consultative mindset and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals will set you apart.

What you'll do

As a Qualified Success Architect, you will own the successful implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for both new and existing customers. You will lead clients through the Qualified Implementation Framework, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. Your role will involve interfacing with enterprise architects to outline optimal technical architectures tailored to each client's needs.

You will document technical requirements to implement a Qualified Data Model that aligns with your clients' business objectives. Establishing deep consultative relationships with various client business units will be crucial, as you will provide coaching and education to key stakeholders about conversational marketing strategies. Your efforts will directly contribute to improving the adoption of Qualified products and enhancing the overall customer experience.

You will also conduct quarterly reviews with clients to assess their progress and identify areas for further improvement. Your insights will help shape the future of their sales and marketing processes, ensuring they remain competitive in the ever-evolving B2B landscape. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working together to drive success for your clients.
