You are passionate about reintroducing happiness into the car-buying process and are eager to contribute positively to the community. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with customers and address their needs. You are adaptable and ready to work flexible hours, including weekends, to ensure customer satisfaction. You possess a valid driver's license and are at least 21 years of age, meeting the requirements for this role. What you'll do

As a Customer Service Delivery Advocate at Carvana, you will be the face of the company, delivering happiness to customers during their car-buying journey. You will engage with customers on the driveway, ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our services. You will also participate in local community events, helping to strengthen Carvana's presence and reputation in the area. Your schedule will include shifts from 7am to 9pm, with rotating days off, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while meeting customer needs. You will have the opportunity to grow your earnings through performance-based incentives, with a starting pay of $17/hr and potential increases based on your contributions.
