What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of SMB customers, executing defined adoption and renewal motions to drive retention and customer satisfaction. You will conduct regular customer check-ins to ensure customers are realizing value from their engagement with HackerRank. You will collaborate closely with teammates and follow established playbooks to support retention and identify straightforward expansion opportunities. Your responsibilities will include tracking customer interactions, addressing any concerns, and ensuring a smooth renewal process. You will also assist in onboarding new customers, helping them navigate our platform and maximize their use of our services. As you grow in this role, you will have the opportunity to take on more complex accounts and contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing customer success.
