Who you are

You have 4-6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce-based platforms and integrations. Your expertise includes Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows, allowing you to design and build robust applications that meet business needs. You are well-versed in Salesforce data modeling and security, including profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules, ensuring that data access is managed effectively. Your experience extends to Salesforce APIs and integrations, where you have successfully implemented REST and SOAP APIs to enhance system functionality. You possess solid problem-solving and debugging skills, enabling you to tackle complex issues that arise in production-grade enterprise applications. Your strong communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, technical program managers, and data engineers.

Desirable

While not required, familiarity with AWS platform teams and a focus on automation and operational excellence will be advantageous in this role. A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies will also set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As a Sys Dev Engineer I, you will play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce-based systems that support critical seller-facing and internal workflows. You will collaborate closely with product managers and technical program managers to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and reliable systems. Your responsibilities will include developing Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and SOQL, while creating scalable data models and custom objects that align with evolving business needs. You will implement and maintain Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, ensuring strong performance and reliability at scale. Adhering to Salesforce best practices around governance, sharing models, and data access will be a core expectation. You will also focus on automation and operational excellence, continuously seeking ways to improve system performance and user experience. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency of critical business workflows, making you an integral part of the team.
