Unity is seeking a Senior Partner Relations Manager to foster long-term relationships with key gaming customers. You'll help ensure the success of Unity productions by managing customer journeys and addressing their strategic goals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.
You have a proven track record in managing partner relationships, ideally within the gaming or technology sectors. Your ability to influence and connect with people is exceptional, making you a trusted advisor to your partners. You understand the importance of aligning customer goals with business objectives, ensuring that both parties achieve success. You thrive in dynamic environments and are adept at problem-solving, especially when faced with challenges that others might deem impossible. Your calm demeanor allows you to handle customer emergencies effectively, ensuring that issues are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. You are committed to continuous improvement, both for your customers and within your organization, always striving to elevate the standards of service.
Experience in the gaming industry or a strong understanding of game development processes would be advantageous. Familiarity with Unity's products and services will help you better serve your partners. A background in customer success or account management is preferred, as is a strategic mindset that focuses on long-term relationship building.

You will serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, managing the end-to-end customer journey and developing strong, long-lasting relationships. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape product development and improvements.
