Formlabs is seeking a Technical Sales Manager to support customers in the EMEA region from their Berlin office. You'll be responsible for building relationships with customers and identifying sales opportunities. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer service focus.
You are a tech-savvy professional with a strong customer service focus and the ability to build positive relationships with clients. You have experience in sales and are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with a willingness to relocate to Berlin. Your persistence and passion for technology drive you to succeed in a competitive sales landscape.
Fluency in Italian is a plus, as you will be supporting Italian-speaking customers. Experience in the 3D printing industry or a related field would be beneficial, as well as familiarity with technical sales processes and strategies.
In this role, you will be responsible for quickly responding to prospective customers and creating outreach strategies to identify and close sales opportunities. You will work primarily with inbound leads, which means you will not be required to make cold calls. Your goal is to help customers with their sales or service-related questions, ensuring they have a positive experience with Formlabs.
You will collaborate with the direct sales team in EMEA, contributing to the overall success of the team by sharing insights and strategies. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. You will also participate in regular meetings to discuss sales performance and strategies for improvement.
Formlabs provides relocation support for EU citizens or candidates with a valid EU work permit, making it easier for you to transition to the Berlin office.
