You have extensive experience in global communications, ideally within the travel or tech industry, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Your leadership skills are exceptional, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can influence and inspire teams. You understand the nuances of working in a multicultural setting and can navigate complex stakeholder relationships with ease. You are data-driven and can leverage insights to inform your communication strategies, ensuring they are impactful and measurable. You are passionate about travel and understand the industry's dynamics, which allows you to connect with the mission of Agoda.

Desirable

Experience in a senior communications role within a global organization is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies will enhance your ability to engage with audiences effectively. You are comfortable with public speaking and have experience representing your organization at high-profile events or in media engagements.

What you'll do

As the Head of Global Communications at Agoda, you will work closely with the CMO and executive team to shape the company's communication strategies across 200+ markets.
