You will oversee a team of Risk Managers who handle over 300 high-priority cases annually, ensuring that they maintain a high level of accuracy and meet strict service level agreements. Your responsibilities will include guiding investigations that impact various business units, conducting root cause analyses, and coordinating comprehensive responses to emerging threats.
You will be the primary domain expert in complex fraud and abuse patterns, leveraging your knowledge to guide your team in identifying and addressing these issues effectively. Your strategic decisions will have a significant impact on the organization, as you work to maintain store trust and prevent disruptions caused by unresolved fraud cases. You will collaborate closely with multiple teams, including Policy, Legal, Operations, and Product, to ensure that all aspects of risk management are addressed comprehensively.
