You have extensive experience in customer lifecycle marketing, ideally with a focus on technology or SaaS industries. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and have a proven track record of developing strategies that enhance customer engagement and loyalty. You are adept at analyzing customer journeys and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring that every touchpoint adds value to the customer experience.
