Atomic is seeking a Community Manager to build and manage relationships with medical professionals. You'll work closely with a scientific expert to amplify her impact across the community. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to community growth.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in community management, excelling at building meaningful relationships and fostering engagement among diverse groups. Your experience includes working closely with professionals in a high-touch environment, where you understand the nuances of relationship-driven roles. You are comfortable managing logistics and follow-through, ensuring that community initiatives are executed effectively. You thrive in environments that require extensive travel, as you believe in the power of face-to-face interactions to build trust and rapport. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of coordinating educational programming and events, ensuring that all participants feel valued and engaged. You are passionate about creating a vibrant community and are excited to contribute to the growth of a network of medical professionals.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare or medical field is a plus, as it allows you to connect more deeply with the community you serve. Familiarity with CRM tools and community engagement strategies will enhance your ability to track interactions and measure success. A background in event planning or educational programming will also be beneficial in this role, as you will coordinate various professional events and learning opportunities.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with our scientific lead to amplify her expertise and scale her impact across thousands of medical professionals. You will own 1:1 relationships with clinicians, specialists, and scientific advisors, managing outreach, follow-up, and ongoing engagement to ensure that each connection is meaningful and productive. You will coordinate educational programming, including continuing education sessions, small-group dinners, Lunch & Learns, conferences, and other professional events that foster learning and collaboration. Your organizational skills will be essential as you build and maintain structured CRM tracking across engagement tiers, ensuring that all interactions are documented and leveraged for future growth. You will travel extensively to clinics, conferences, and key markets, representing our scientific expert and building trust in person. Your role will be pivotal in creating a supportive and engaged community that thrives on collaboration and shared knowledge.
