Overview

Bazaarvoice is seeking an Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of strategic retail clients in the Benelux region. This role requires 5+ years of account management or customer success experience in the ecommerce, digital, or SaaS industries.

You have over 5 years of experience in account management or customer success, particularly within the ecommerce, digital, or SaaS industries. Your background has equipped you with a strong understanding of client needs and the ability to foster long-term relationships. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and new revenue within existing client relationships, demonstrating a sales mentality while also focusing on client retention. You are passionate about solving clients' business problems and have a proven track record of exceeding retention targets. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey value to clients and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Desirable

Experience in managing strategic retail clients is a plus, as is familiarity with user-generated content and its impact on consumer engagement. A strong understanding of the retail landscape and the ability to leverage insights from consumer feedback will set you apart. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-person client meetings and team collaboration.

What you'll do

As an Account Director at Bazaarvoice, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic retail clients in the Benelux region.
