ARCADE Science and Analytics team (support MCF, ASCS and BwP business) is seeking a highly motivated Business Analysts to solve innovative problems through analytical solutions. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic initiatives and operational improvements by finding & analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating business needs into actionable insights. You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, Finance , GTM and executive leadership to drive impactful projects for the MCCF organization.
The role requires both deep technical expertise in analytics, as well as business acumen to understand how analytics can drive business value. If you're passionate about building large-scale analytics systems and working with Amazon-scale data to optimize complex systems - then this is the job for you. - 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
- 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders- Master's degree in business or analytical discipline
