What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to attract and engage top talent from universities. You will guide candidates through the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within AlphaSights to understand their hiring needs and align your recruitment efforts accordingly.

You will actively participate in university career fairs and networking events to promote AlphaSights and connect with potential candidates. Building relationships with university career services and faculty will be essential to your success. You will also leverage social media and other platforms to reach a broader audience of prospective candidates.

As you manage the recruitment pipeline, you will conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they align with AlphaSights’ values and culture. You will provide feedback to candidates throughout the process and maintain clear communication to enhance their experience. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of the Client Service Team, which is the revenue-generating epicenter of our business.
