Who you are

You have a strong background in designing and delivering technical solutions for DevOps, with hands-on experience in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your expertise extends to compute technologies like EC2, serverless architectures, VMware, VMs, Docker, and Kubernetes, allowing you to create robust and scalable solutions. You are familiar with configuration management and infrastructure as code (IAC) tools, including Ansible, Puppet, Terraform, Chef, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins and CircleCI. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with customers to ensure their success.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to guide customers through the onboarding process and assist them in overcoming any challenges they encounter. Your ability to gather requirements and build technical architecture is complemented by your experience in managing implementation projects effectively. You understand the importance of delivering exceptional onboarding experiences and are committed to helping customers maximize their investment in Datadog.

Desirable

Experience with automation and design architecture for deployment templates is a plus. Familiarity with monitoring systems and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales, will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and guide the execution of Datadog implementations, ensuring that customers receive the support they need throughout the process. You will lead discovery sessions to gather requirements and develop a technical roadmap tailored to each customer's needs. Your responsibilities will include building technical architecture and supporting deployment and launch activities, ensuring a smooth transition for customers.

You will guide customer onboarding through co-development working sessions, providing hands-on assistance when they encounter roadblocks. Your expertise in automation will be crucial as you write deployment templates and manage the operation of implementation projects. Collaboration with other teams will be essential, as you work closely with Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Sales to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
