Staff Software Engineer, Developer Productivity

You have 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in enhancing developer productivity through custom tooling and infrastructure. Your background includes working with large-scale systems and you understand the intricacies of Git and source code management. You are comfortable with both high-level developer experience tooling and low-level systems programming, allowing you to bridge the gap between different engineering needs.

Your expertise in programming languages such as Go, Ruby, Java, or Rust enables you to contribute effectively to a diverse tech stack. You have a strong understanding of distributed systems principles, especially in relation to storage and high-availability systems. Your experience may also include contributing performance patches to upstream open-source projects, showcasing your commitment to the broader engineering community.

What you'll do
