What you'll do

As a Client Service Intern, you will serve as the vital link between clients and the expert knowledge they seek. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing multiple projects for top-tier client organizations, including investors, strategists, and dealmakers. You will spend a significant portion of your time recruiting experts, engaging in phone conversations to identify the best matches for your clients' projects, often under tight deadlines. You will also need to understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which your clients and experts operate. Taking ownership of every aspect of your projects will be crucial, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to meticulously scheduling calls to ensure seamless collaboration.
