Overview

OpenGov is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead their marketing team in Pune. You'll be responsible for strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing programs to drive customer adoption and revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership and operational execution skills.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in demand generation and marketing leadership, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You excel in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive customer engagement and revenue growth. Your strong analytical skills allow you to assess campaign performance and optimize for better results. You are a collaborative leader who can effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Operations and Product Marketing, to achieve business objectives. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on results. You are passionate about leveraging data to inform marketing decisions and drive customer adoption.

What you'll do

As the Senior Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the marketing team in Pune, overseeing day-to-day planning and execution of marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for lifecycle, cross-sell, and upsell programs that contribute to the expansion pipeline. You will work closely with U.S.-based teams to ensure alignment on marketing goals and objectives. Your hands-on approach will involve campaign development and optimization, focusing on driving customer adoption and revenue growth. You will analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance effectiveness. You will foster a performance-based culture within the team, encouraging innovative ideas and recognizing excellent performance. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing team members, helping them grow in their careers.
