Belong is seeking a Homecare Specialist to manage and resolve home service requests, ensuring a seamless experience for residents. This role requires strong organizational skills and experience in operations or customer support.
You have previous experience in operations, customer support, logistics, service coordination, or a similar fast-paced execution role — you understand the importance of ownership and accountability in delivering exceptional service. Your strong written and verbal English skills enable you to communicate effectively with residents and homeowners, ensuring clarity in every interaction. You possess high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, which are essential for managing multiple service requests simultaneously. You are comfortable working with metrics, SLAs, and performance targets, and you thrive in environments where you can coordinate third parties, such as vendors and technicians, to resolve issues efficiently.
As a Homecare Specialist at Belong, you will own assigned Pro Services from submission to resolution — this means ensuring that every service request has a clear owner, next step, and timeline. You will drive urgency to move cases forward, ensuring that home issues are not just logged but truly resolved. Your role will involve coordinating repairs and communicating clearly with residents and homeowners, making sure that every request is handled with care and precision. You will play a crucial role in shaping trust and satisfaction among residents, as how issues are managed directly impacts their long-term retention. You will be responsible for executing and managing Pro Services, ensuring that the home experience is seamless and that residents feel genuinely cared for.
