Customer Operations Representative

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the international Customer Operations group, where you will assist GoCardless customers with a range of inquiries. Your responsibilities will include supporting customers with general inquiries and KYC processes, as well as conducting sanction screenings. You will accompany merchants during operational changes, such as acquisitions and liquidations, ensuring they have the support they need. You will act as an escalation point for the rest of the Customer Operations team, helping to resolve more complex issues as they arise. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
