You have 5-8 years of experience in data analytics and reporting roles, demonstrating a strong proficiency in SQL and report development. Your background includes working with Aceyus products, and you possess a solid understanding of contact center features and reporting environments such as Five9, Avaya, and Cisco. You are skilled in scripting languages like JavaScript and HTML, which enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills enable you to interact effectively with clients and understand their reporting requirements. You are also passionate about mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge informally to foster a collaborative environment.

What you'll do

As a Reports Engineer at Five9, you will take ownership of standard projects with moderate complexity, delivering customized reporting solutions that meet client needs. You will work closely with clients to capture and clarify their reporting requirements, ensuring that you fully understand their expectations. Independently, you will build and deliver reports using SQL and Aceyus products, contributing to project scoping, planning, and customer communication. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally to ensure smooth deployments and performing thorough testing, troubleshooting, and documentation of your work. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.
