You have 5-8 years of experience in data analytics and reporting roles, demonstrating a strong proficiency in SQL and report development. Your background includes working with Aceyus products, and you possess a solid understanding of contact center features and reporting environments such as Five9, Avaya, and Cisco. You are skilled in scripting languages like JavaScript and HTML, which enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions. Your strong communication and problem-solving skills enable you to interact effectively with clients and understand their reporting requirements. You are also passionate about mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge informally to foster a collaborative environment.
As a Reports Engineer at Five9, you will take ownership of standard projects with moderate complexity, delivering customized reporting solutions that meet client needs.
