Who you are

As a Graduate Shift Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an 11-week onboarding program. You will lead a team of up to 100 employees, ensuring that safety standards are met and that processes are optimized for productivity and quality. You have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and are ready to collaborate with your team to achieve the best results.

You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and are capable of analyzing key performance indicators to derive actionable insights. Your leadership style is inclusive, and you prioritize the development and training of your team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

You are adaptable and can thrive in a shift-based work environment, whether it be early, late, or night shifts. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members is crucial in maintaining a smooth workflow and achieving operational goals.

Desirable

Experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced environment is a plus, as is familiarity with safety regulations and process improvement methodologies. A background in logistics or supply chain management would also be beneficial.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of ensuring compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards at your location. You will analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for process improvement based on your findings.
