What you'll do

As a Staff Internal Auditor at SoFi, you will play a crucial role in conducting audits and reviews across various sectors of the company, including SoFi Bank, SoFi Securities, and SoFi Technologies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing risks, planning and prioritizing audit work, and conducting thorough process interview walkthroughs. You will observe operations and document procedures and controls, ensuring that all aspects of the audit process are covered.

You will perform audit tests and prepare detailed workpapers that reflect your findings and recommendations. Your role will also involve following up on issues identified during audits, including validating the effectiveness of corrective actions taken. You will communicate your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged in the audit process.

In this hands-on role, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
