Your ability to respond to inquiries in a timely manner is crucial in accelerating customers' cloud journeys. You are passionate about educating customers who are at the beginning of their cloud journey, helping them move from warm or little interest to active interest in AWS services.
You are skilled at nurturing leads with tailored messaging, increasing customer understanding of AWS services and unique differentiators. Your efforts in nurturing leads will create higher value leads, resulting in higher conversion rates.
