Overview

Vestwell is seeking a Business Development Associate to drive growth in the financial advisor marketplace. You'll manage the full sales cycle and engage with various stakeholders. This role requires experience in financial services sales.

Who you are

You have a strong background in financial services sales, ideally with experience in business development. You understand the nuances of engaging with financial advisors and have a proven track record of identifying and converting new business opportunities. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively articulate value propositions and build relationships with channel partners. You are comfortable with a proactive approach to business development, including frequent outreach through calls and emails. You possess strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage constituent databases and qualify prospects efficiently. You are results-driven and have a keen focus on achieving revenue growth objectives.

Desirable

Experience working in a fintech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with workplace-delivered retirement plans and savings accounts. A background in sales strategy development and execution will set you apart. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, adjusting your approach based on market feedback and client needs.
