What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and operating a Secure Work Area, ensuring that the infrastructure supports collaboration in a highly secure environment. You will work closely with a team of engineers to enable a broad set of Azure services, ensuring they meet the security and compliance needs of internal and external customers. Your responsibilities will include monitoring service performance, identifying potential issues, and collaborating with stakeholders to restore services as needed.

You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyzing complicated issues and developing creative solutions that enhance service reliability. Your role as a DRI will involve being on call to monitor service degradation, downtime, or interruptions, and you will be responsible for alerting stakeholders and gaining approval for restoration efforts.

You will also contribute to the development of best practices for security and compliance, ensuring that the systems you build adhere to the highest standards. Your work will have a direct impact on the security posture of Microsoft’s offerings, and you will play a key role in shaping the future of secure cloud services.
