Eleks is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead IT governance and transformation programs for enterprise clients. This role is remote within Poland and requires strong project management skills.
You have extensive experience in project management, ideally with a focus on IT governance and large-scale transformation programs. Your background includes working with enterprise clients across various regions, demonstrating your ability to manage complex projects effectively. You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. You understand the nuances of consulting and can navigate the challenges that come with managing client expectations and delivering results.
You are a proactive communicator, capable of articulating project objectives and updates to stakeholders at all levels. Your organizational skills are top-notch, allowing you to keep track of multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that deadlines are met. You thrive in environments that require strategic thinking and problem-solving, and you are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.
Experience with agile methodologies is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools that facilitate collaboration and tracking. A background in IT consulting or transformation projects will set you apart, as will any certifications in project management.
As a Senior Project Manager at Eleks, you will lead the Project Management Office in delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients.
