Rubrik is hiring an Account Executive for the RubrikX team to drive adoption of innovative cybersecurity solutions. You'll focus on acquiring new customers and managing sales pipelines. This role requires strong sales skills and experience in technology sales.

Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated sales specialist with a proven track record in technology sales, particularly in cybersecurity and data resilience solutions. You thrive in a hunter role, consistently seeking out new opportunities and building relationships with potential customers. Your ability to manage pipelines and execute account strategies is key to your success. You have experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and growth teams, to drive product adoption and feedback for product development. You are a relentless self-starter, focused on exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth in new and existing accounts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for driving demand and transactions for Rubrik's new portfolio products. You will define and execute sales plans for your assigned territory, focusing on prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing sales opportunities. You will collaborate with the Rubrik sales organization and work closely with sales leaders and dedicated product pre-sales engineers to achieve your goals. Your daily activities will include pipeline generation, account strategy execution, and customer engagement to encourage existing customer expansion. You will also provide valuable feedback to product management to help shape product direction based on market needs.
