Who you are

You have a strong background in CRM management, particularly with HubSpot, and have successfully guided teams in maximizing the platform's capabilities. Your experience includes working closely with sales and marketing teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective CRM strategies. You are adept at data governance and ensuring that processes run smoothly, allowing teams to work efficiently. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy coaching others on best practices to enhance their use of CRM tools. You are passionate about leveraging technology to empower teams and improve workflows.

What you'll do

As the HubSpot CRM Lead at AMBOSS, you will take ownership of the HubSpot platform, ensuring its setup and governance are optimized for the needs of the organization. You will act as a strategic advisor to sales and marketing leaders, helping them understand how to leverage HubSpot for their specific goals. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to align HubSpot capabilities with broader company objectives. You will also be responsible for coaching teams on best practices and ensuring that data integrity is maintained across the platform. In this hands-on role, you will not only set strategic directions but also engage in the day-to-day operations of the CRM, ensuring that all integrations and processes are functioning effectively.
