Who you are

You have a minimum of 3 years of professional automotive Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) experience, demonstrating your ability to access panels and utilize glue-pulling techniques effectively. Your expertise includes repairing smaller-sized dents on both steel and aluminum vehicle panels, showcasing your technical skills in automotive repair. You are a team player who is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and can adapt to the demands of the job, including the possibility of mandatory overtime based on business needs.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Level Paintless Dent Repair Technician at Carvana, you will be responsible for assessing and repairing dents on vehicles to ensure they meet the high standards of quality expected by our customers. You will work with state-of-the-art tools in one of our high-tech Inspection Centers, applying your skills to restore vehicles to their original condition. Your role will involve collaborating with other technicians and team members to maintain a smooth workflow and ensure timely repairs. You will also participate in training programs if you are in an entry-level position, allowing you to enhance your skills and advance your career within the company.
