Loadsmart is seeking a Senior Solution Sales Director to develop and execute business growth strategies within their Shipper Solutions group. This role requires strong collaboration skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
You have a proven track record in solution sales, ideally within the logistics or technology sectors, with at least 5 years of experience driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships. You possess exceptional communication skills, allowing you to engage effectively with both internal teams and external clients. Your ability to listen and consult enables you to create tailored solutions that meet customer needs, fostering long-term relationships. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and success in sales efforts. You will also collaborate with teams across Digital, Managed Transportation, and Brokerage to drive engagement and maximize sales opportunities.
