Braze is hiring an Account Executive to drive new business development and enhance brand recognition in the Japanese market. You'll collaborate with various teams and utilize your SaaS sales experience to achieve success. This role requires a strong commitment to achieving sales targets.

Job Description

Who you are

You have over 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, particularly in Value Selling, and you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You are driven and possess a strong desire to achieve results, understanding the importance of building long-term relationships with clients. Your ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing, pre-sales, and customer success teams to lead sales activities as 'One Team'. You are open to new perspectives and are eager to contribute to a vibrant company culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business by approaching clients and aiming to close contracts through effective Value Selling practices. You will work closely with the BDR team to identify potential customers and manage the entire sales process from approach to contract signing. You will also strategize to enhance Braze's brand recognition in the Japanese market by creating and managing a target company list and analyzing market trends to devise optimal sales strategies. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers will be key, as you will need to deeply understand their needs to foster trust. You will track sales activity progress and analyze results, regularly preparing reports to suggest adjustments and improvements to strategies.
