You have over 8 years of experience in information security and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) — you've successfully established and operated information security management systems that align with business objectives. Your expertise in risk management allows you to proactively identify and assess information security risks across the organization, ensuring that strategic business goals are met through effective security strategies.

You are skilled in developing and implementing governance frameworks that support compliance with both local and international information security regulations — your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders ensures that security requirements are understood and integrated into business processes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize tasks effectively while collaborating with diverse teams to achieve common goals.

Your experience includes conducting regular risk assessments and analyses, reporting findings to executives and stakeholders, and tracking risk mitigation activities — you understand the importance of transparency and efficiency in GRC activities and are committed to enhancing organizational performance through standardized practices.

What you'll do

In this role, you will build and manage an information security governance and risk framework that aligns with the organization's strategic objectives — you will conduct regular risk assessments and analyses, ensuring that findings are communicated effectively to management and stakeholders. You will be responsible for standardizing risk management and GRC activities across Coupang and its subsidiaries, fostering a culture of compliance and security awareness.

You will also leverage GRC management tools to enhance operational efficiency and transparency in security practices.
