Esri is seeking a Senior Account Manager to enhance relationships with infrastructure clients in utilities, telecom, and rail sectors. You'll leverage geospatial technology to drive customer success and identify growth opportunities. This role requires strong industry knowledge and customer-oriented strategies.
You have a strong background in account management, particularly within the infrastructure industry, and possess a deep understanding of geospatial technology applications. Your experience allows you to effectively build relationships with large, complex organizations, and you thrive in collaborative environments where customer success is paramount. You are adept at identifying key stakeholders and navigating complex budgeting and acquisition processes, ensuring that you can access executive decision-makers within your accounts. Your customer-oriented mindset drives you to implement strategies that radically improve the challenges organizations face, making you an invaluable asset to the team.
Experience in the utilities, telecom, or rail sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with GIS technology and its applications in these industries. You are comfortable presenting at trade shows, workshops, and seminars, showcasing your expertise and the value of Esri technology to potential clients. You are also a proactive learner, eager to grow your knowledge and skills in the geospatial field, which will further enhance your ability to serve your clients effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting, developing, and implementing location strategies for high-level accounts within the infrastructure sector.
