Coupang is seeking an Entry-Level Customer Operations Specialist to handle fraud monitoring and customer inquiries. You'll work with FDS systems and collaborate with various teams to improve processes. This role requires strong communication skills and logical thinking.
You are a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, eager to start your career in customer operations. You possess strong logical thinking and judgment skills, allowing you to support stable operations effectively. You are adaptable and can quickly grasp new tasks and apply flexible knowledge in your work. You have excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate smoothly with team members and external stakeholders. You are committed to long-term career growth and are willing to work diligently to achieve your goals. You have basic proficiency in MS Office, which will assist you in documenting and reporting your findings.
In this role, you will monitor the FDS system for flagged abuse cases, investigating and taking appropriate actions. You will review reports of abuse cases submitted from outside the team, ensuring that each case is addressed and communicated effectively with relevant teams. When customer complaints arise related to cases handled by the FO, you will provide guidance on how to respond. You will also investigate new patterns of abuse and suggest improvements to the system, contributing to the overall enhancement of operational processes. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation to new challenges as you support the team in achieving its objectives.
