Who you are

You have a proven track record in acquisition and partnership management, ideally within the travel or experiences sector. Your experience includes developing strategies to attract and onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the platform. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively pitch Airbnb's value proposition to potential partners. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall guest experience. You are data-driven, using insights to inform your strategies and decisions. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment, always looking for innovative ways to grow the business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead efforts to identify and acquire new experiences that align with Airbnb's mission of providing unique and authentic stays. You will generate leads through various channels, pitching Airbnb's value proposition to potential partners. You will work closely with local hosts and businesses to onboard them onto the platform, ensuring they have the tools and support needed to succeed. You will analyze market trends and competitor offerings to inform your acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will collaborate with marketing teams to promote new experiences and drive guest engagement. Your role will involve regular reporting on acquisition metrics and adjusting strategies based on performance data.

What we offer

Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of €74,000—€93,000 EUR for this position, along with potential bonuses and benefits.
