Who you are

You are a motivated law student or legal professional eager to understand the daily work of lawyers in a European company at the intersection of technology and health. You have a Master's degree in law, ideally with a focus on health law, and you are keen to learn about the legal challenges in the digital health sector. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable drafting notes and memos on complex legal topics. You are proactive and enjoy collaborating with various teams to address legal questions related to innovative projects.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be part of the 'Legal Medical' team within Doctolib's legal department, where you will support major digital health development projects. Your responsibilities will include drafting notes and memos on key topics such as e-health, ethics, telemedicine, and relationships with healthcare professionals. You will assist various teams at Doctolib with legal inquiries, particularly for innovative projects or public consultations. Additionally, you will help the legal team implement internal rules and processes, such as training for operational teams and compliance with anti-gift laws. You will also participate in monitoring legal developments in the field of e-health, ensuring that Doctolib stays informed about relevant changes in legislation.
