Overview

HubSpot is hiring a Small Business Account Executive to leverage inbound selling strategies and drive new business growth. You'll work with small and mid-sized businesses using HubSpot software. This role requires 1+ years of closing sales experience.

Job Description

Who you are

You have at least 1 year of closing sales experience, demonstrating unmatched consultative selling and closing skills. You are fluent in English, and while fluency in Dutch is a plus, it is not a requirement. You thrive in a remote work environment and are based in the Netherlands, ready to engage with small and mid-sized businesses to help them grow using HubSpot software.

You possess a strong understanding of inbound marketing solutions and can quickly identify the challenges prospective customers face. Your ability to build relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders is key to nurturing highly qualified opportunities. You are collaborative, working closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.

What you'll do

In this role, you will utilize inbound selling strategies to find new business opportunities and help clients grow using HubSpot software. You will benefit from inbound leads and partner with Business Development Representatives to research prospects and create effective outreach strategies. Running online demos of HubSpot software will be a regular part of your responsibilities, showcasing the value proposition to potential clients.

You will consistently close new business at or above quota levels, nurturing relationships with small and mid-sized companies. Your role will involve building strong connections with prospects and internal teams to drive new business growth. You will also contribute your perspectives and ideas to help shape the future of HubSpot's mission, ensuring that your insights are valued in the company's strategic direction.
