Anthropic is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Beneficial Deployments Applied AI team. You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for mission-driven organizations, helping them adopt AI solutions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and relationship-building skills.
You have a strong background in technical advisory roles, ideally with experience in AI or technology adoption within mission-driven organizations. Your ability to build relationships and understand the unique needs of nonprofits, NGOs, and social enterprises sets you apart. You are passionate about leveraging technology to create positive societal impact and have a track record of guiding organizations through complex technical transformations. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with diverse teams to drive meaningful change. Your communication skills allow you to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in AI deployment or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges faced by mission-driven organizations. A background in education, global health, or economic mobility sectors would enhance your ability to connect with partners and understand their specific needs. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to stay updated on the latest advancements in AI technology and its applications.
As the Solutions Architect, you will be the primary technical advisor for mission-driven organizations throughout their journey of adopting Claude. You will partner with segment leads to understand their requirements and translate them into impactful solutions. Your role will involve designing and leading cohort-based accelerators to scale expertise and impact, ensuring that partners can effectively integrate AI into their operations. You will coordinate with product engineers to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each organization. Your responsibilities will include driving engagements from discovery through deployment, ensuring that partners are empowered to operate more effectively and build for the future of AI capabilities.
