Vacasa is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform general repairs and preventive maintenance across vacation rental properties. This role requires problem-solving skills related to appliances, HVAC, plumbing, and Wi-Fi to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
You are a dedicated Maintenance Technician who enjoys variety in your work and takes pride in maintaining properties in optimal condition. You have experience in general repairs and preventive maintenance, and you are skilled at troubleshooting issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and Wi-Fi. You understand the importance of delivering excellent customer service and are committed to ensuring that guests and homeowners have exceptional experiences. You are comfortable coordinating with external vendors and participating in on-call coverage for urgent issues. You possess a valid driver’s license and are at least 18 years of age, with a clean driving record if required to drive a company vehicle.
In this role, you will travel daily between various vacation rental properties, performing general repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure that all properties meet the company’s high standards. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing, and Wi-Fi, ensuring that guests have a seamless experience during their stay. You will coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of homeowners and guests. You will also participate in on-call coverage for urgent maintenance issues, demonstrating your commitment to providing exceptional service. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities and ensuring compliance with company standards for customer satisfaction and efficiency.
